Cauliflower bread

The cauliflower is washed under running water, dissolved in bouquets.

Bring water to a boil, add a little salt. After boiling, put the bouquets of cauliflower in water and keep for another 5 minutes from the moment when the water starts to boil again.

Remove the bouquets and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, beat eggs with salt, pepper, paprika or hot. Add flour, mix vigorously so that no lumps form, add milk.

Put the breadcrumbs in a plate.

In the incisor oil, we put one by one each piece of cauliflower passed through the egg and flour mixture, then through the breadcrumbs. They brown on all sides.

We served breaded cauliflower with two kinds of sauce: a spicy one containing tomatoes, hot peppers and garlic, and another with mayonnaise and garlic (less spicy).
